Digitization of partner communication and automation of BiPRO.

The challenge

BGV Versicherungen faced the challenge of making a large number of communication processes with sales and cooperation partners more efficient and digital. Existing systems were only connected to each other to a limited extent, which led to manual effort and media breaks. The goal was to establish a central and future-proof digitization platform that fully integrates BiPRO 410, 430, and 440, seamlessly connects internal and external systems, and enables bidirectional data and document flows in real time.

The solution

By using the X4 BiPRO and the X4 BPMS low-code platform, BGV was able to automate processes, intelligently connect the ICIS inventory system, and implement smooth, digital partner communication. Documents, applications, and quotes are now processed automatically, inventory data is synchronized in real time, and processes are orchestrated end-to-end. The result: shorter processing times, significantly improved data quality, and increased efficiency in sales and service.
