The challenge

Internal business processes, such as the ordering and approval workflow for new hardware, require manual coordination and are both time-consuming and error-prone. Atruvia faced the challenge of redesigning a number of these processes to be more efficient and future-viable. The company sought a flexible process digitalization solution that enables user departments to digitalize internal processes and automate them to the extent possible on their own.

The solution

The rollout of the X4 BPMS platform from SoftProject enabled Atruvia to fundamentally optimize and optimize its internal workflows. User departments can now model, automate, and provide processes on their own – without being dependent on IT resources, and with maximum scalability and security in its internal OpenShift cloud.
