We run your portals for you as SaaS in our ISO 27001-certified data center. We connect your systems right at the start of the project or in later expansion stages. 200 standard adapters are available for this purpose. Your systems are connected hybrid: An X4 BPMS on-premises connects your systems and communicates with the SaaS solution in our SoftProject data center.

Grid connections, charging stations for electromobility and EEG feeders are still ordered today in many cases with a printed form or even informally by e-mail. If your employees are working from home, the incoming applications have to be scanned or data systematically recorded – sometimes it has to be typed out by hand.
If unclean handwriting is not legible or important information is missing, time-consuming phone calls have to be made afterwards. The interim reports that are then compiled are stored in numerous versions in folders on your network drive. If a colleague is absent due to illness, there is often a lack of transparency about the current status and the steps taken so far.
