This installation package contains the X4 Designer, which is the graphical user interface of the X4 BPMS, and is provided as an .msi file for installation on Microsoft Windows for production purposes.
Note: To use the X4 Designer, a connection to an X4 Server and an authentication provider is required. With an .msi file, you can run one version of the X4 Designer at a time. The installation package containing the .msi file overwrites existing installations. This can cause problems and data loss. If you would like to use several parallel versions of the X4 Designer, please download the X4 Designer – ZIP archive package.

Adapter
PDF Compression

This adapter compresses PDF documents that exceed a certain size. Documents smaller than 100 KB are only slightly compressed, so the file size can hardly be reduced with the adapter.

PDF to PDF/A Converter

The PDF/A file format was developed for the long-term archiving of documents and is standardized by the ISO (International Organization of Standardization).
The PDF to PDF/A Converter converts a PDF document into a PDF/A document. Encrypted PDF documents can also be converted. After the conversion, the encryption is no longer present.

BAM Logging Adapter
